Please present your purchase confirmation at the Front Desk to redeem your special birthday surprise. Valid ID is required. Redemptions are only valid the week of your birthday during park open hours. All offers are limited to supply on hand and may be subject to change at any time without prior notice.

In order to pick up your tickets, you are required to present:

Your valid state or government issued photo ID, driver's license or passport, the credit card you used to purchase the tickets, and your confirmation number. A valid ID must be duly issued by a government agency and include a photo and a signature.
