*Any guest staying on the property will need to be covered by a package regardless if they are actively playing. All offers are limited to supply on hand and may be changed at any time without prior notice. All playing cards, reservations, and vouchers are non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable. In order to pick up your tickets, you are required to present:

Your valid state or government issued photo ID, driver's license or passport, the credit card you used to purchase the tickets, and your confirmation number. A valid ID must be duly issued by a government agency and include a photo and a signature.
